T Mobile - Voluntary Termination

Hi Everyone,
I've just tried re-joining T Mobile after a 6 months gap (Went to O2 but then cancelled due to the NGN change of contract) and they've refused me on credit grounds.
I thought this was quite strange as I have a a good credit rating and never missed a payment with them or anyone else. So anyway I just pulled my credit file and when I ended my contract with T mobile last time they put a marker on my credit file as "Voluntary Termination" - Does anyone know what this means?
Cheers

Er, it means you voluntarily terminated your contract. I don't think it means anything bad (or good) to have a marker. Try asking Experian's helpline what it means.
I would suggest that that (the voluntary termination marker) might not be the actual reason for refusing you a phone, but something else about your credit!
Of course, the fact that they (T-mobile) won't in all probability tell you why they refused does not help...The thanks button is here to the right. If you find a post saves you money, gives you useful information, or you agree with it, take a second to thank the poster!
