Court Claim. BW Legal on behalf of Excel Parking

Thanks again CM I will certainly be driving those points home on the day. From reading other threads I get the feeling BWL/Excel will probably try to drop the vrn lists on my lap before we go in. Needless to say they'll end up on the floor of they do.
Tie your bundle with something distinctive such as red ribbon before you enter the courtroom so it is obvious nothing else has been added.
If somebody does try to drop something in your lap, it might be advantageous for a concerned passer by to pick it up for safe keeping.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister.All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks0 -
The problem I highlighted is still evident. Perhaps it is a feature of dropbox?
I know what you mean and it is a feature of Dropbox. My Dropbox account is called 'Coupon-mad'!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

So, as some will be aware I have posted on Juke joint's thread regarding the very similar case that he lost at Skipton court.
I have rung the court today to ask about getting my cases moved (yes it was a long shot) They said it's very unlikely the judge would grant this even with a good reason, plus the claimant would object, and the application alone would cost me £255... So we can forget about that!
I have the VCS fiasco in my WS so hopefully that will be a useful stick to beat them with.
I've had my bundle professionally printed and bound, by a printer friend of mine so it looks very official. I will have 3 copies to hand out on the day.
Sounds like the judge in JJ's case was an absolute joke. If I get the some one (probably will) then I will argue my case vehemently. Just hope I don't get done for contempt.0 -

This is a two way thing ...... knowing what the judge might say if you get the same one, gives you the ammo to block such comments in your defence0 -

Yes, at least I have some idea of the judges predisposition. My focus will be,
* The VCS mix up
* E vs L, although it seems we might not even get to it.
* No VRN list
* Woeful PoC
* Change from BPA to IPC during alleged offences.
* Difference from Beavers especially signage, and non relevance to PDT car parks
* Confusing, non prominent signage.
* Lack of evidence.
* Non reliance on pofa, coupled with HG statement about no reasonable presumption, and the legal reasons why pofa was enacted in the first. I'm really not going to accept her telling me the claimant doesn't have to rely on pofa to prevail.0
