Plusnet Transfer Migration Problems

Hi,
I chose to move to Plusnet from Sky after reading about their offer for their entry level service on MSE. The feedback for customer satisfaction was very good.
The transfer was being handled by Plusnet and on the 3rd of June my Sky connection was switched off. Their sales literature advised that there would be no service disruption.
I have now had no internet connection or phoneline for 10 days. The order seems to be repeatedly cancelled. They keep saying it takes 48 hours just for the order to be cancelled and placed again. I was promised (again) that I would have a connection 4-5 days after last Friday. When I called today they said that my broadband would not be activated until the 27th of June!!:mad: That they have cancelled and placed the order again today and this is their current wait time!
Anyone else having these issues? What can I do?

....now I have a phone connection, could I cancel my Plusnet contract and move elsewhere? How quickly could another provider get me connected to broadband?
Being told by Plusnet, to wait until the 27th of June is unacceptable. I have also already waited several times, only to have had the order cancelled by some halfwit on their team. I have completely lost trust.0
