Need Vodafone rep help

Been unable to receive incoming calls for 2 months and texts are not sending now.

Done live chat around 16 times and called 14 times. have also visited shop on 6 occasions but i keep getting fobbed off.

They have swapped sim but new sim has same problem. have tried different phone just in case it was phone but problem was there on another handset as well.

I am at my wits ends trying to get this fixed and am getting lied to everyday now i am on live chat.

I am paying for a contract that i cannot use.

Surely this is breach of contract
