Deadlock letter not being provided by BT

We've had some long, ongoing problems with BT - and after months of trying to resolve the issue with bts India based tech support we had no choice but to request a Deadlock letter.

Instead of sending a Deadlock letter, they sent a letter saying they would try to resolve the issue. Fast forward a few months and they have stopped responding to us.

Is there another way to do the Deadlock approach which doesn't rely on us having to wait for bt?

    Submit a complaint here

This should get you fast tracked to BT complaints or similar.
If they still cannot resolve it you can raise another complaint via ISPA. On the 3rd complaint, if it's still not resolved they must give you a deadlock letter.

Did you actually raise a formal complaint?
