' its not our car park '

Take the PCN with you to pinpoint the time/day and tell them what you bought (and if you can recall, more or less which till you used).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Shows how these Muppets don't read appeals, if that was your full appeal, where exactly did you state you actually did shop there?
See how slippery they are, they will never admit that their Micky Mouse systems are at fault, and have just deflected that onto another argument, without comment.
But they know you are unlikely to still have a shopping receipt!0 -
I got one from them ins sainsburys taunton, billet street.
These guys canceled my ticket off the back of the letter.
I got two letters in the end as sainsburys asked them to, after I complained.0 -
Hi
I was a little busy. But it is OK.
Being on holiday (5 weeks) I got a reminder notice from HP. In the reminder notice HP gave me another 28 days to pay parking charge and the number of POPLA. After returning from holiday I got a letter from the DRP (Dept Recovery Plus Ltd) - 120pound. I appealed to the POPLA. Today I received an email from POPLA:
Dear xxxxx xxxxxxxx
Thank you for submitting your parking charge Appeal to POPLA.
An Appeal has been opened with the reference xxxxxxxxxxxx.
Horizon Parking Ltd have told us they do not wish to contest the Appeal. This means that your
Appeal is successful and you do not need to pay the parking charge.
Yours sincerely
POPLA Team

Fabulous news!
Don't be surprised though, if DRPlus send you another automatic threatogram before they crawl back under their stone.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi everyone!
Same happened to me, also in Hatfield! Both me and my wife shopped there on the same day, but over six hours apart. Tried to speak with store manager, but he refused to come down to me, saying it's not there system. And unless I've got both receipts (I don't) there's nothing he can do.
Should I harras him more or my only choice is to appeal to Horizon and then POPLA?0 -

You need to kick off in a much bigger way with Asda. Email customer services and the CEO.
Give them a tonne of grief about you being a loyal paying customer being used as 'bait' to feed their blood sucking PPC buddies. Make sure you mention the arrogant store manager refusing to speak to you.
Threaten to splatter this shocking treatment all over social media and the local newspapers etc etc (if they don't cancel it pronto)
Don't miss your chance to appeal to the PPC and get your popla code.0 -
I was sent a ticket via the post for overstaying the 3 hour parking. It was late at night and the car park was empty. And it was too dark to see the parking limit signs.
I filled out the appeal letter template and pasted this into the online appeal on the Horizon website on the recommended date. It was very easy.
4 weeks later I received an email to say the parking ticket had been cancelled. :T
Great result, especially as my friend who also received a ticket that evening, said appealing was too much trouble and he did pay the fine.0
