Can anyone offer any advice?
I have been living with my partner for the last couple of years, while I looked for my own place. I am now moving into a new apartment, and am thinking of switching the existing Plusnet Fibre service I set up at my partner's home into her details and setting up a new broadband account at my new place.
Would I be better off switching my existing account to my new apartment, and setting her up as a new customer? Or should I set up as a new customer and just switch the current account to her name as she will still be at the same address?
I am aware that Plusnet have a policy that in order to be considered as a new customer, you must have not been with Plusnet for one month prior.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You are the customer at X address now .
If you cancel your existing account then you will be required to pay the balance of the contract .Or Plusnet may wave the charge if you sign up at the new property on a new contract .Providing Plusnet supply the service to the new property .
So its a case of how much to cancel and what savings as a new customer.0 -
pretty sure most isps and telephone providers allow you to switch addresses these days, just pay for the disconnection and reinstall in the new property.0
