Best place to change FX back to GBP?

I have a wallet of foreign currency containing relative small amounts (£10-50 each) of Swiss Francs, Eqyptian Pounds and Japanese Yen. Where would be the best place to convert these back to British Pounds?

Best way - find someone you know is going to one of those countries and swap at the interbank rate.
If this is unlikely - keep them till you next go abroad - anywhere (other than the US). Change them there for the local currency. Likely to get a far better rate than here.0 -
