It seems mighty unfair that a business could be subject to a chargeback just because a young lady hasn't realised too late that she doesn't know who she bought her insurance from. That is not what the chargeback system is for.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -

No need for chargeback (yet) phone fraud and say this is an UNRECOGNISED transaction - get as much detail as possible then say thanks very much I do remember that transaction now. Bingo you have a result.0
