Identifiying travel insurance company via bank transaction..

Hi my daughter bought some travel insurance for a trip to Australia in 18th May on a Visa Debit card. for just under £30 I think we found it via this site.
Some weeks later she subsequently realised she has not seen any emails from the company. It's possible they may have got binned and she does clean out trash - but we think it's unlikely.
We checked statements and the Mechant name is simply
"TRAVEL INSURANCE" !
So we called her bank (Santander) to try to identify the merchant.
They could not give us any info beyond the merchant name and the authorisation code. - because it is really dealt with by Visa(Debit).
They could not give us any contact at visa to further identify the merchant.
I'm a little surprised but rather than banging head against brick wall with Santander CS, I thought I'd try another approach . Any suggestions on identifying which Insurance company she used so she can request documentation to be (re)sent?
We know:
- the date
- the amount
- the merchant identifies to Santander/Visa Debit as "TRAVEL INSURANCE"
- the auth code.
They could not give us any collection/account numbers etc.
Any thoughts?
[EDIT - browser history has been cleared since too]

If she bought it online can she find out from her browser history?Everything will be alright in the end so, if it’s not yet alright, it means it’s not yet the endQuidquid Latine dictum sit altum videtur0

I'm thinking - as no emails have been seen - to initiate a chargeback claim ?0

Yeah we thought of that - she's cleared her browser history since

Has she cleared her mind as well? Sorry not trying to be rude but can she retrace her steps - which site does she think she was looking at when she booked it? or did she do a Google search? - perhaps if she could do another search and look at the search results to see if anything rings a bell?
If that fails try doing a fraud phone call to Santander saying that she does not recognise the transaction to see if they have any more information.0 -
Has she checked her spam folders?0

As much as she can
I think we will repeat the steps of purchasing some more - then call the top few recommendations to see if they have record of the transaction and how it would appear on statement. Failing that a visa debit chargeback I think.
It's not quite fraud so a little apprehensive to go down that route - but services have not been delivered (to the best of our knowledge) - and we'd be unable to make any insurance claims without documentation - so I think a chargeback is justified.0 -

It's not an unauthorised transaction, which is primarily what chargebacks are for.
If she went via this site she would have used moneysupermarket. Can she login on that site and see if that brings anything up? Has she not had any emails from them either? If not then I'd suggest she has given the incorrect email, as they'll find any excuse to spam you.0 -

On what grounds?
They sold your daughter an insurance policy in good faith, she then either most likely put in the wrong email address or deleted any communications from them and deleted her search history, and now can't even remember who she bought it from. It's not their fault your daughter lacks organisation skills.Accept your past without regret, handle your present with confidence and face your future without fear0 -
