BT Mobile - T&Cs/ Change/Leave Contract

Hi All

Any BT Mobile customers on here, I've received a letter from BT about changes to their T&C's, and in the same letter it states changes to the BT Mobile service.

In the same letter it says if I don't want to be with BT anymore, to call them within 30days to avoid paying an early charge.

Anyone done this?

I cant see what the changes are massively apart from cheaper EU calls, it does make me think though that there are cheaper tarrifs that suit my needs on other providers, saving over £100 a year.

Has anyone cancelled BT Mobile under these terms, or is everyone that's on BT Mobile happy as they are

I get 3gb of data. 500 inclusive minutes. Unlimited BT Wifi .Unlimited texts. Bt Sport Lite.Can use my landline inclusive minutes including 0845/0870 on it. Its effectively costing me £3.91 a month.It suits my needs fine.

I rang and requested my PAC due to the changes, haven't used it yet though. Very pleasant customer service, took all of 5 minutes.

Did they not ask why you wanted to leave? Seems odd them offering to let people cancel in the letter

I just told them I'd received the letter and wanted to weigh up my options. He basically said if they change the T&Cs you can choose to leave.
