Sky Dilemma (tempted by Q)

So I've been lurking for a while but need your advice!
I'm almost aty 12 months with Sky. I called up on 9th May and they offered me 25% off for 5 years which I accepted as it applied immediately and I do get annoyed at having to faff around every year. I only have the family bundle for box sets, sky Atlantic and discovery etc. No movies or sports. BB and LL are with Virgin as BT speeds here are prehistoric. We've got the sky box linked upstairs to our bedroom TV through magic eye but the quality is poor (4k 42" TV in the bedroom showing crappy quality through coax cable....) We don't really go out in the evenings and spend a lot of time watching TV.
However - I have been reading on here plenty of posts about 35% off and 50% off, but I'm also tempted by Q but refuse to pay £150 as an existing customer for installation which is a complete mickey take for loyal customers (I know I shouldn't expect anything else from Sky).
My partner however has never been a sky customer and they're running the £100 voucher offer again, sky store is telling me only £10 installation for new customers. Still £56/month but we often have clashes and would improve the quality of the picture in our bedroom I'm sure!
Do I:
A) stick with my 25% off for 5 years and hope one day they'll apply that to Sky Q
Cancel during my cooling off period and hope for a better offer in MySky or the services app and stick with normal sky and save the money.
C) Cancel then sign up in my partner's name for Sky Q and sod the monthly payments! (if Sky Q is actually worth it???)

There is no cooling off period when you renew; only when you are a new customer.
Also,if your partner convinced them that he/she was a new customer ,you would have to buy out your contract, if it has a minimum term.0 -
The email they sent said this, or am I interpreting it wrong?
Subscription: Sky TV
New minimum term Start Date: 09/05/2016
New minimum term commitment: 12 Months
If you decide that you no longer wish to keep this offer, you need to let us know any time within 31 days from when the offer is applied (“cooling off period”). As you agreed to your services continuing to be provided during this period you will need to pay us an amount which is proportionate to the service provided up to the point you have told us you no longer wish to take this offer. After then if you end or stop paying for your subscription(s) before the end of the new minimum term you have agreed (other than where you have a right to do so under your contract), we may charge you early termination charges. These early termination charges will be calculated in the same way as in your “Minimum Term” (set out in your contracts booklets). We will give you reasonable notice in writing before making any charge.0 -
Cancel and say you want Sky Q but won't pay the installation charge. I'm pretty sure they will waive it.0

Sky has been pretty robust about Q. It has waived the £99 installation charge for customers with unbroken 10 years of Sky service; that said, this offer has now lapsed. Sky will argue that the installation charge reflects the amount of work needed to set up the Sky Q wifi mesh. The Sky Q minimum contract term is 18 months compared to 12 months for standard Sky.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. If you had decent wifi you could just have NowTV which always have offers on. I'm paying £3.75 a month for 4 months. The picture quality played through my PS3 seems good to me and of course you can watch on 4 devices so kind of works like Q just minus the recording which I find a small compromise well worth taking for the savings even on normal Sky prices.0

I wonder if they have changed policy as they do appear to be offering a cooling off period with a renewal.0
