Hi ticket now showing done exactly as you advised. They are now demanding driver details to continue with appeal. I guess I don't send them but do I reply stating I'm not prepared to divulge this.

Either that or ignore them, there is no need for further correspondence. You certainly DO NOT say who was driving!

Come back only if they try a small claim (rare and defendable, we help with those too).

    Don't pay up.

Hi Hutsby, I was ticketed same time as you, track down my thread, loads of good stuff and links there. I think I have got the gist now, they don't actually read correspondence, send a string of template letters, don't allow appeals and the "charity" that employs them had no influence. I'm just waiting for the first Gladstones letter, think I've got the template reply, and just see if court papers arrive. There loads of good stuff available, and plenty of help. AS are no longer talking to me.... Judging by the illiteracy of the few non standard letters I have received, no great loss.

Let's hope that in any Gladstones letter they start by fully explaining the sham they operate

Hi not heard a thing from them since they refused to accept my appeal. I have still got ticket etc but hopefully won't hear anything further now after nearly 5 months
