a s parking perranporth

Hi
Got a parking ticket (£60 if paid in 14 days or £100 after) in perranporth car park after purchased ticket blew upside down when car door was shut. tried to appeal online and ticket details coming up as not recognised. should i inform them of ticket details and does anyone know if i have grounds for a successful appeal. Their website states it will not accept appeals for tickets that have blown over. thanks

    Date of parking incident please?

Have you read the newbies FAQ sticky?

AS Parking are IPC members, so send the IPC template from the NEWBIES thread. Your options are then either, ignore everything from them for the next six years unless you get real court papers, or, make an IAS appeal then ignore everything from them unless you get real court papers.

Today, so too early to be appealing a windscreen ticket. The scammer who put the ticket on your car may not have uploaded to the company system when you checked online.

Wait a bit while you familiarise yourself with the NEWIES thread then send the IPC template as already advised. Copy and paste, no editing. That way you won't inadvertently give away the driver's details.

So what's the rush, you will be ignoring the letters for months/years!

Read the NEWBIES FAQS thread, that's why it is there. NO LINK PROVIDED, it's near the top and newbies need to learn how to hop around.

Search 'Perranporth' as the obvious keyword on this forum...we had a case only yesterday...please, use the forum as intended and learn from other threads already here for you. Never stay only on your own thread, you're seeing nothing here - yet all you need to know is a click away.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

The advice is still the same. Familiarise yourself with the NEWBIES thread then send the IPC template at the appropriate time, which would be about now if you haven't yet received the NTK.

@Fruitcake. I think maybe in this instance, as IPC members will opt out of PoFA (so making a keeper liabilty challenge a bit academic) and as nothing is yet showing on the PPC's website, there's the small possibility that the parking chimp has screwed up somewhere along the line, it may be worth waiting to see if a NtK arrives, then take it from there?

I was debating that as well. The usual advice is to appeal a windscreen ticket before receiving an NTK, but in this instance waiting may be a better option.

OP, have a look at the scammers' website and see if your ticket is now showing. If it isn't, then wait to see if you get a NTK through the post. If it is then I would suggest you send the IPC template.
