They'll almost certainly match up the two files as your new file builds up. So whilst it may work on a very short term it wont last for long. You will need to produce ID documents for a bank account and these will have more than enough to marry you up with your old file.
    £1000 Emergency fund No90 £1000/1000
    LBM 28/1/15 total debt - [STRIKE]£23,410[/STRIKE] 24/3/16 total debt - £7,298

Bear in mind that CRAs don't (yet) hold identification document data such as serial numbers and the like. Only if you applied to an organisation that you'd previously had a relationship with, might anything show up, and even then there are plenty of factors to mitigate against it - new address, new passport etc, etc.

Not true at all. There are information sharing systems of what people put into applications that will allow to make that match rather trivial, national hunter is one of those.
And I would suggest to stop advising him to go on with the fraud just because you don't know who easily it is to find and, for no reason, you disbelieve that he can go to jail for that. He, most likely, will be found and subsequently punished accordingly as it's an extremely bad idea.

I have mentioned paying the debt isnt the problem. Its not that much i would want to pay it. Its just ccj on my file which would jepradize any job prospects.

Anyways just to change the whole theme of this thread - Can i set aside the judjment ? And pay the creditor? As i didnt run away because of the debt but left UK because i had no right to live here. And therefore i was not in uk either to attend the hearing or to defend myself.

Kindly advise on this matter and not on my whole morality - only i know how good or bad I am

National Hunter; "Depending on the status of your application, the data will be kept up to 6 months, and with a maximum retention period of 6 years. "

Further: "We hold the information you provided on your application/s to banks, building societies, and other sectors of the financial services industry who are part of National Hunter. We do not hold details of PPI policies or payments. "

It is unclear whether they hold identification document details, but I doubt it.

BTW, I'm not advising the OP to do anything. I'm merely providing him with information to enable him to make - an "informed decision", as it's usually described.

You can pay your debts without being in the country just fine, and you don't have to wait for CCJ to do so. All it takes is to give debtors a call and figure out a way to pay from abroad, which can be done with a debit card from anywhere, and possibly also with international bank transfers.

And no, there is no way to have the CCJ removed, but paying it in full will for sure look better on your credit file. The CCJ will be removed from credit file after 6 years from issue, but that doesn't necessarily mean that it will make you not liable for the debt anymore, just that it won't show on your file.
