Technically eDreams are in the clear as you bought two flights from them and they delivered both. It's not their problem you decided to cancel one of them direct with the airline. As far as proceeding I can think of four options.

    1) Consider it a stupid tax and be more carefull next time you hand over your money to someone on the internet.

    2) Post on Tripadvisor's Air Travel forum, there's an eDreams representative that posts in there who might offer to help you (I have doubts over how helpful they really are but might be worth a shot. Don't expect any sympathy from the regular posters on that forum, they see new eDreams complaints on a daily basis).

    3) Talk to your creditcard provider about disputing the charge for the cancelled ticket. Here it might be worth getting something in writing from Norwegian that they have refunded eDreams in full.

    4) Take them to small claims court. I have no idea how realistic this is considering they are a Spanish company or how good your chances are of getting a positive result but if you can show that eDreams have suffered no financial loss as a result of you cancelling direct with the airline you may have a case.

Personally I would start with 2), then 3) and finally 1).
