Help to buy ISA "number"

Just been given the help to buy isa hmrc declaration form by my solicitor where I have to declare that I've never owned property before etc. In it there is a section for "help to buy ISA number" does anyone know if that's the sort code and account number or should there be some other identifying number I should be aware of? I can't see any other numbers on my closure letter from the Halifax. I know I could ask my solicitor but figure I might get a quicker response on here from someone who has done it already!
