I have a Maxi shares ISA that I set up several years ago with £3k that I haven't invested anything in since.
This year I have put £3k into a cash mini and just opened a shares mini with £4k.
Can I transfer whatever the value of my shares maxi ISA is into my new shares mini?

Yes you can. Once the tax year ends, the MINI/MAXI classification doesnt mean anything and you can combine it with MINI/MAXIs from previous years.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
