Thanks dingends It amazes me how companies this dodgy continue to trade and get away with it!
The instructor called again saying he's told the accountant to do a refund as the company failed to keep their end of the bargain, So just got to ring the accountant and get him to put it threw, we have another charge back going threw at mo, so will wait and see :-)0 -
Finally money has been refunded! only took 7 months of fighting!!0
