Help with benefits

Hi new to the site would be extremely gratefull for some advice.

I live with my partner and daughter my partner has fibromyalgia and claims pip. I basicaly care for her night and day along with my 2 year old i work 22.5 hours a week but want to care for my partner full time as she is becoming worse in every aspect.

What benefits would i be entitiled to?
Right now we get working tax credits and pip along with child tax credits and my part time wage.

We live in a council house all are bills for the moth are roughly 600 pound including rent.

Anyone got any advice?
