think they only let you change to flext when you upgrade but yeah no reason as to why they wont give it to you, whether they give you any extra offers like at one point they had free off-peak calls is another matter you might have to negotiate with themYes Your Dukeiness0

They'll certainly let you change tariff. If you're in contract they'll generally push for a current tariff of equal or higher value. If you're not, you've got the upper hand, and will be able to negotiate a renewal deal (not quite as good as a new customer, however, so as reehsetin says, you might not get the fiver off, but you'll get a discounted phone, or with no phone they could offer you up to £15/month off for 12 months or £10/month for 18)The thanks button is here to the right.
