I have an MBNA card and get offers every month. My current one is money transfer for a 1.9% fee or balance transfer for 2.9% fee

I get 0% interest on BT or 0% on Money transfer offer almost on monthly basis. Similar to Barclasy card. But the offer is not that good. Something like 1.9% fee for about a year. So go to the bin stright away. If they give me 1% fee or lower for a year I will bite it.
