    so wait longer, the 35 days is never enforced by the BPA

    You could email APCOA and say you consider the matter is closed because they have not responded in time and you will be complaining to the BPA if they do not send you a POPLA code within seven days, or confirm the charge is cancelled.

    The reason for doing this is to make sure APCOA can't pretend they 'sent a rejection letter' 3 weeks or so ago, which is conveniently close to being timed out for use of the POPLA code. Press them and give them just seven days.

    I still haven't emalied them and I still haven't heard a thing and 86 days have now passed since I asked for the POPLA code...
