so wait longer, the 35 days is never enforced by the BPA0

You could email APCOA and say you consider the matter is closed because they have not responded in time and you will be complaining to the BPA if they do not send you a POPLA code within seven days, or confirm the charge is cancelled.Ok.. so I appealed via the email address on the back of the PCN. I received an email acknowledgment that said that I would get a response within 35 days...but over 40 days have now passed...
The reason for doing this is to make sure APCOA can't pretend they 'sent a rejection letter' 3 weeks or so ago, which is conveniently close to being timed out for use of the POPLA code. Press them and give them just seven days.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
