Said it before but it bears repeating, it's plainly obvious that the current and future tax changes have gone no where near far enough towards their aim of discouraging the various spivs, chancers and work shy of getting into btl.0

Well they can only discourage if people know about them and people who have no clue about what it means to be a LL by definition won't know the facts let alone the changes.
I think the rules on lending will stop most of the naive would-be LLs when they try to get a mortage0
