Lot's of jobs don't have that restraint. Mine doesn't.
Retrain, go back to college etc and find something you're happier doing and more fulfilling. You're plenty young enough.
Problem with that is I've just done a 3 year course part time self funded and it feels great to have some time to myself again. I'm being selfish!! Haha.0 -

Dear me........0 -
I have 2 BTL's and it is not all plain sailing.I have an agent managing them (10% profit gone straightaway) as I have a full time job too.
I do take on some small repairs myself though.
There's still money to be made, particularly in the North, but look at it as a long term investment rather than income replacement, unless you can get a few properties going.
Good info here, with a humorous slant - http://www.propertyinvestmentproject.co.uk/0 -
If you are a simpleton then you
a) probably need help regarding self-esteem...
b) shouldn;t be a landlord: Why would a tenant want someone that ignorant as a landlord?0 -

What is wrong with some of you lot?
I'm not necessarily a simpleton, I like to find out information and sometimes google leads to all sorts of nonsense. What's wrong with asking for some guidance or articles people have read and enjoyed?
Why are you reading into things the wrong way on a Saturday night?
Have a nice weekend..0 -
