I'm surprised that they still get business with the proliferation of budget shops like B&M, Home Bargains, Poundland etc.
  • Betterware's main customer base is women 60+, so a lot of them cannot get out to the bargain shops due to being disabled or just not having the option to go to those shops

I do Betterware and it is very low pay I get around £30-£40 every 2 weeks, unless you get lots of orders,as you have to get £150 in orders before you can put an order in

I is also a lot of work, walking around 2-4 times a week, carrying 50 odd books at a time, so you have to do 3-4 trips each time, unless you get one of those shopping trolleys then you could do more at one time, so at least 2 hours putting books out, and sometime getting abuse from people who don't want you putting a book through their door

Then you have to go back 2 days later and collect your books, less that 20% of people leave the book outside for you, so you then have to knock on the door, and again sometimes get abuse/shouted at, but some people are very nice too, many people will have thrown the book in the bin, so make sure you keep a record of which people have done so, so you don't give them a book again (you have a territory record sheet for this), you do get given a territory to cover so there should be no other Betterware distributor in your territory (although you may have "competition" from Kleeneze/K Life, or whatever they are calling themselves now)

If nothing else it keeps you fit and gets you out and about

I am currently on ESA so at least getting some income, unable to do Betterware also as I can't carry the bag, lol
