Morning all,
Thanks for starting us off Ally, I'm also using Duolingo to refresh my poor French knowledge ready for our trip soon.
Thanks to everyone who gave me advice regarding baby things on last weekend's thread.
This weekend I have/will:-- Written a new meal plan for the week
- Going to Sainsbugs in a min armed with a list, will use as many vouchers as possible
- Most food from stores (Did treat ourselves to lunch out yesterday but it was so filling I didn't have anything later on)
- Returned some clothes for a refund
- Bought some camping cooking bits for our trip to a festival in France in a couple of weeks, should save us money long term as we won't need to buy as much food there
- Bought a new airbed & pump for our trip via topcashback as our old ones are broken beyond repair
- Check online banking & move funds around as necessary to ensure the credit card is paid off in full, we don't accidentally go into our overdraft etc
- Only used my hairdryer for a quick blast yesterday
- Got the bus to town, cheaper than parking or driving to get the tram
- Will sign up to the free postcode lottery again
- Tidy/clean up this pig sty of a house
- Try & declutter some things by selling/donating where possible & binning if no good to anyone
- Bought my sister & niece's birthday presents & stayed in budget, now to make up the bits I got into nice gift sets using bits from stores
- Washing on eco setting using less than the recommended dose of washing liquid - 1 load was on 60 degrees to kill off any bugs, I do this occassionally, but will do the next load today at 30 degrees
- Will look at the free stuff links Ally posted to see if there's anything useful

Legomum fab use it up breakfast. We've been on a use it up kick too. Had enough flour for 3 pancakes which ended up being devoured by DS and DH. I had a ciabatta with peanut butter and the rest of the plain spagetti DD had for lunch. Hope your husband feels better soon.
Hope all the holiday makers have fab times
Have a tonne of washing today as DS is covered in flea bites again today which means the cat has fleas. So although I changed the beds on tuesday the whole lot is going through again today. Thankfully the weather is great for drying it.
Having a NSD today which will be number 3 in 5 days so pleased with that.
Love to all

Wonder if I've bitten off more than I can chew with my exam marking. It seems to be taking much longer than I remember. I really need to stop and mark some books pretty soon, or it's going to be a very late night tonight... Hmmmcrazy_cat_lady wrote: »

I'm hoping that the big batch cook will be time saving later in the week when I have to juggle work, home, exam marking and everything else as well...
Legomum - how much longer with the wrist? DH still has another 4 weeks with the pot and is already going insane about it.Not giving up

I feel I've survived on toast, chocolate & tea
Yesterday we went to a friends for a hog roast, delicious food and great company.
Today has mainly been spent supporting my sister as she was having a crisis (accidentally caused by one of the children), unfortunately her husband who is a medical professional was working a long shift (7.30 am to 9 pm), thankfully we seem to have resolved things, everyone is physically and emotionally drained and we have sorted some things out to give each of them time and space to deal with the fall out.
We have managed to have a spend free weekend.Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent
79.5 coupons rolled over 4/75.5 coupons spent - using for secondhand purchases
One income, home educating family0
