I returned a wedding dress to BHS via courier last week and am waiting for the refund to be processed from the online purchase. Does anyone know where I stand now with BHS as it is? Am I likely to see the money ever again? thanks:(

More information needed.

When was the purchase made?
When was the thing delivered to you?
How did you pay? By card? If so, debit or credit card?
What was the purchase price?
Have you cancelled the order?
If so, when?
When did you return the goods?
Is the dress faulty?
Why have you returned it?
Has the dress been worn?

Have you read MSE's Consumer Rights guide?

The Consumer guide and that information doesn't really apply- thanks for the suggestion though
The Website hasn't been updated for over a week....significant changes today

I guess I'll just keep an eye on the news and see what happens!
