Hi All
I received a PCN as registered keeper and sent BPA template from the sticky section. They have sent email back requesting name of driver and I'm not sure what to do next.

Thanks Quentin
@ half_way They are Parking Collection Services. The PCN relates to parking without a permit. I wasn't the driver.0 -
You have no obligation to name the driver, and it's better if you don't!0

As already said, PCS are not the parking firm so please tell us who the 'client' is and how much is on the PCS letter (£120?). Is it called a Notice to Owner or a Notice to Keeper? (which one)?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi Guys
Sorry, I hadn't realised there had been further responses. The creditor is JD Parking Solutions Ltd but the original pcn said I had to appeal through Parking Collection Services. The charge was £100.00 It was a notice to keeper.
I have now received a letter from Debt Recovery Plus Ltd (I'm aware they are the same peeps as PCS) with a demand for payment of an unpaid parking charge £160.00 I have read the newbies section on debt collectors letters so won't ask what to do :-) I understand however that I need to send a robust letter regarding not being offered a popla code. I'm assuming they have rejected my appeal but haven't been notified that's the case.0 -
