Well - I've contacted my credit card company (Nationwide) but they say VISA need proof of a contract. Trouble is, the contract was on my area of their website which is now, of course, inaccessible.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Was the refund process easy? I'm having to find all sorts of proof for VISA - most of which is now locked away in my area of their website! Stupidly I didn't make paper copies.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to this blog site. I was caught with this scam in July but fortunately due to your excellent contributions ob this MSE site I have received a full refund from my CC company who have been inundated with complaints about this companies activities.

On the basis of the comments already distributed I contacted my credit card Company ( Tesco ) and they didn't require any info whatsoever ; and actually laughed when I mentioned NLC / JAS .Apparently they have been inundated with similar complaints about this scam and refunded my £495 immediately.
Presumably other major credit card companies have been inundated and therefore shouldn't really need to make life even harder for a customer given the FSO decision to revoke the NLC / JAS trading licence.
