Plusnet - getting a new deal

Hi all
Currently with plus net and outside of my promotional deal period, so paying top whack for phone and 76mb fibre
Thinking of trying to renegotiate and get another good deal, but I don't recall them being particularly interested in retaining customers when I tried a few years ago
Anyone recently renewed on favourable terms?
thanks

I recently, about 6 weeks ago, contacted them re an upgrade from ADSL to their 40/2 fibre. I do have line rental saver which equates to £15.49/month including w/end and evening calls.
I've been a customer for a few years and was paying £0/month for the poor ADSL speeds (rural and distance from exchange).
I managed an 18 month minimum term contract for less than new customers which was also better than Sky, Talk Talk, BT etc. for new customers.
It's worth giving their customer options number a call and selecting thinking of leaving.0 -
When my 80/20 fttp minimum term expired I checked alternatives and gave them a call. They price matched the £12.50 SSE were offering at that time in return for a fresh 24 month term. I have seen mention of better retention deals but don't recall details. This was an immediate offer and I didn't press for better.0

Thanks you lovely people. Got a new deal
76mb fibre for 7.50 a month
line rental up front that equates for 15 quid a month
new modem
free upgrade to anytime calls
all existing referrals apply - so basically paying £4 a month for fibre
cheers!0
