When you see all the links on that thread linked by Quentin you'll see why we really never need to read any thread about DRPlus ever again.

in that case you have more money than sense
its an unsolicited demand for money with no proof it is owed
6 letters
IGNORE
ie:- ignore DRP, and any other debt collectors, for 6 years
APCOA have 6 years to try a small claim in the small claims court system, known as MCOL
if you dont like the replies, its because the question is asked on here thousands of times and the replies are always the same and has been for the last decade
IGNORE DRP
IGNORE ZENITH
IGNORE THE DEBT COLLECTORS
respond to only an LBC or to an MCOL (google them)
only a fool would pay up
spending one afternoon on here reading threads would have told you this info hundreds of times, hence the apathy WE feel about DRP
you would get the same reaction asking if MAN UTD won the FA Cup , ie:- some simple research would give you the answer and it would let those of us who reply to reply to people who actually need help, help that can save them £1000 -
Many thanks for your answer that's all it needed!! not having a pop at you btw,Couldn't access the Newbies thread at the time as I hadn't activated my account.Paul.0

its also worth bearing in mind that your BB is not valid on private land like in this case, so always check the rules where you are parking, as in some cases payment needs to be made, like on this occasion
the EA2010 may well apply, but not your BB, so check the Blue booklet or download their pdf and read about where it is valid, like public roads etc, otherwise you will get more of the same if you park on private car parks, which include doctors surgeries, care trusts , hospitals , airports , retail parks , supermarkets etc (many BB holders are caught out by assuming it protects them in all cases)
complain to PALS and insist it is cancelled under the EA20100 -

Anyone could read any threads here without logging in or even having a username. It's an open forum for anyone to read.
Clear as mud, advice that consistently and with example thread links, says 'IGNORE DRPLUS'? Strange first post/thread.
Complain to PALS, don't PAY.
