Not tagging winners on Twitter (keep checking for updates to see if you're a winner)

The first one you posted however was a bit cheeky so I tweeted them to tell them they needed to follow the winner and would be nice if they tagged them!

They also entered through FB and were tagged and claimed (and that's why I couldn't find them on TW and they could not be followed or tagged on there).

Aw I always assumed they would tag you. I've never won a Twitter comp as far as I know.
I already bookmark every Facebook comp to check back but I struggle to find time as I only have time during night feeds therefore it already ears into my comping time without me having to bookmark all Twitter comps too! ����

When there are multiple entry routes the winner/s can be announced on all of them but the notification should be made on the same platform as the entry (FB if the entry was made through FB, TW if through TW etc).
Where a competition has multiple winners they are sometimes posted on TW/FB as an image so you don't get tagged and the names do not show on a search (sometimes single winners are as well).

I'm not sure if W H Smith are also contacting winners, but they seem to just be posting names/handles in a photo and not in text.

It is from the comp where you just have to follow or like.

T&Cs do say they will be notified, but just in case not, then worth keeping an eye on their pages as winners will continue to be announced until 19th Dec.

This competition could be entered through Facebook or Twitter and as far as I can tell, winners haven't been contacted. There is a list of winner's name on the updated blog page.
