Hi
Hoping someone can help me. I went to Sharm El Sheik in November and got stuck there. Easyjet promised to pay for the extra days hotel bill I had to foot, my toiletries as I was without my luggage for a week, and my phone bill to make calls back and forth to them. I've had a couple of emails back and forth with them and I keep getting cut off when I ring them.
Can anyone help me find out which address I need to write to them at and which template letter would be the best one to use from resolver?
