My progress over the last week and a bit has been a little slow, as I was away at Glastonbury, and then my OH was staying for a few days, so no chance for a post-festie pamper!

UUs for the last 2 or so weeks:
    - Toni&Guy Nourish reconstruction mask. WDBA - a fair bit cheaper than Elasticizer or anything else I've tried, but almost as good :)
    - John Frieda Sheer Blonde colour preserving shampoo. WDBA - I get on well with all the Sheer Blonde shampoos
    - Tresemme 7 day smooth system. WMBA - not sure how much it did, as my hair is in good condition anyway. It was a pain to get the last bits out of the bottle.
    - Beauty protector beauty wash, sample. WNBA - nothing special
    - Ren Glycoactive radiance renewal mask, 15ml/sample size. WNBA - Elemis Enzyme peel was better. This stung a little, and didn't leave my skin quite as 'renewed'. I didn't like the smell either.
    - Clinique Clarifying lotion 2, 200ml. WDBA! HG - Lasted aaaaaaages, excellent value for money. And the toner I have always got on best with. I'll wait a while to repurchase though, as there's nothing else from Clinique I need right now, and I only buy when I can get good bonus offers ;)
    - Clinique Moisture surge, 2 sachets and one small sample pot. WNBA - it's ok, but I've had better moisturisers. Always happy to use it when it's free though!
    - Lush Candy Mountain bubble bar. This was reaaaaaly old, so not sure I could get it again! It was still lovely though - beautiful colours in the water, and lovely moisturising oils.
    - B Beautiful bubble bar, not sure which. WNBA - Again, really old, so probably past it's best, but few bubbles - had to be topped up with a third of the Lush bubble bar above.

So my PP list for June now looks like this:
    - Organic Surge radiance recovery night cream - almost gone, it's just really long lasting!
[STRIKE]- Dr Organic Royal Jelly eye serum
    - Clinique take the day off 30ml
    - DHC cleansing oil mini
    - Clinique Clarifying lotion (200ml)[/STRIKE]
    - Clinique all about eyes mini - loads left of this :)
    - monu illuminating primer - and loads left of this, it really lasts.
    - [STRIKE]2[/STRIKE] 1 mini perfumes (I have various) - I've not been paying enough attention to get through these
    - Cowshed cow pat hand cream - loads left
    - [STRIKE]Toni&Guy Nourish reconstruction mask
    - at least 2 lush bath bombs/bubble bars[/STRIKE]
    - Elemis frangipanoi monoi body oil, large size - almost done. It was time away at Glasto that stopped me finishing this
    - ogx coconut milk hair serum - as above, almost gone!
    - bathhouse pink fizz cocktail lip balm - a dent has been made...

Not too bad I guess, as I did also finish other things not on the list - I'll keep going on the ones I haven't finished yet!

I'll have a think about a list for July and an Autumn challenge, and add to the July thread when I've had a chance to look at my stash properly.

    *waiting patiently*

July thread, come at me! :cool2:

    :D

gemma you will just have to be patient until someone has the time or inclination to start a new thread:D, anyone can do it, not difficult, even an old thing like me managed it a few times before I developed dexterity problems. (not up to speed with modern technology, probably need a pc or laptop though?)

Even I, as a 20 something year old, prefer using either a desktop PC or a larger laptop over a phone or a tablet any day! Phones/tablets send info to the sites you're trying to access that tell them you have a smaller screen and then all of a sudden, the site has been "optimised" as they call it for better viewing on a mobile device...

In actual fact, it has just been made 1000 times harder for me to get to anything on said site or see what I'm doing!

Oh, that makes me feel better:D, I really struggle to do much on my phone, it particularly seems to make a complete nonsense of the book of faces:mad:

  • Oh I use an app for that, among other social networks :)

The only things I really use the browser on my phone for are accessing my bank if I need to check my balance in a hurry(I don't like the app for my bank at all) or if I click on a link somewhere and it opens it up in the browser.

Very slow and boring month for use ups and ins:

    UUs:
    Aqueous cream
Primark nail polish remover - WMBA - Very cheap and not too drying.
Montagne Jeunesse Dead Sea face mask - This is my least favourite from the pack. I feel it does nothing for my face.

    Ins:
    Lidl baby bath milk
    Lidl nail polish remover
  • Evening all! Haven't been on the thread for a while. No movement for me but suddenly realised it's the end of the month so here's the round up:
    UU 10
    TA 1
    GA 13
    Sold 3
    IN 39

Total at beginning of January 542
    End of May 464
    End of June 476

So I've gone up unfortunately. 19 of the ins were from stocking up on candles at Ikea. If it weren't for this, I would have reduced my stash again. Must do better in July. Except it's my birthday and I'll probably get beauty bits from my siblings plus money from mum and dad. I'm still considering stopping counting makeup but haven't decided for definite yet. I think I'd have to be extra ruthless with everything else if I stopped counting makeup though so I'm not sure what's the best option.

See you in July! Can't believe I'm saying that! :)

    My final updates for June:-

    UU
The Body Shop Vitamin C Microdermabrasion Exfoliator 75ml - WBA, I love this range!
Natural World Caffeine power shampoo 500ml - WBA if I am able to find it, this was from TKMaxx so no guarantee I'll ever see it again but it was bought to remove a lank-making slough of build-up from my hair and did the job admirably!

    TA
Lancôme Hydra Intense Masque 100ml - I rarely see items go out of date but this had obviously been open far too long, had a really chemical smell and 'beaded' off my face at the slightest touch once I'd removed the excess - 6 more in stash as this is a popular item in their free gifts.

  • used up- crbtree and evelyn english rose shower gel. Glorious smell always makes me feel happy- not sure i can justify the price. Have a lily of the valley in reserve.

eventually finished the face mask from clinique- WNBA. it was ok but used up for the sake of finishing. Have a clarins and 2 caudalie in reserve and a trilogy.

finished aldi facial oil, I used it as a body oil and it was glorious. Have one in reserve and got 2 oils in lidl (very good quality ingredients).

I want to use up the clinique serum about 1/8 left. I finished a neostrata sample pad. I'm not sure if I should use the pixi acid for a while before opening the neostratra box i have in reserve. I need to finish the spf which using acids encourages.
