  • Wilko skin therapy cotton pads - a few used from this pack. I have another sealed pack of Primark cotton pads which i will move on to next and a sealed pack of the big oval ones from Primark I will eventually be left with.
2x Simple eye makeup remover pads - a couple used from 1 pack and the other pack is sealed. Using for anything right now as eventually want rid of these as i have a bottle of remover in the stash i feel i will find easier to use.
[STRIKE]Oh baby! cotton buds - only have about 8 or 10 left in this pack which i have been using for my ears( i know, naughty naughty!) and have another pack from Primark in the stash which i will use for anything(but ears if i can help it! :rotfl: )[/STRIKE] - UU
Wilko functional face wipes - I find these literally the most useful item on the planet! I use these not just on my face, but even for wiping up a spill on a hard surface. I have 2 packs of Simple micellar wipes in the stash but i want to continue using Wilko ones while using up my unnecessary toiletries. I only have a few left in this packet so will repurchase when out and about on Saturday.
No. 7 soft and soothed toner - This is years old and only seems to get used as and when i remember it's existence! Only about a fifth of the product left so going to make a conscious effort to get it used up(this month ideally).
Simple purifying cleansing lotion - This was supposed to be part of my stash but i started using it with the Wilko cotton pads when i got up one morning and realised i had no face wipes left! So now it is on the list as i have a bottle of micellar water in the stash, the micellar wipes and some Simple face wash in the shower.
Nivea express hydration primer - definitely not a proper primer like you get from makeup brands. It is a massive amount of product for what you use on each application. Can see me binning this before it is used up as it's been open a while and only used it a handful of times.
FCUK for her - this is my signature scent right now. Ever since i opened it on new years i have, almost without fail, sprayed some on myself before leaving the house. There is still quite a lot left though. I have the lady gaga fragrance in the stash to move onto when this is finished.
Impulse vanilla kisses - this is just a back up spray if I'm just going somewhere quickly and just so happen to forget to use my FCUK.
Rimmel BB cream - bought 2 by accident, this one got opened first, so using this one as and when i fancy a bit of coverage if I've had a breakout etc. The other is in the stash, still sealed.
Avon colourtrend black eyeliner - mum passed this on to me without even opening it so I'm doing the honours of using it up. You know what they say about eye makeup though so this one may see the bin before i see it turn into a nub.
Avon supershock black mascara - same as above.
Ciate glitterball mini - I got this in a mystery deal from Groupon. It's still sealed, I'm just waiting for the remains of polish to grow out from my toenails. I don't have any polish remover as i get my fingernails shellac'd and normally leave my toenails well alone, but i bought some nice sandals for summer and this colour will look lovely on my toenails when i wear my sandals.
Gillette shave foam - this was actually bought for my partner but he doesn't like wet shaving so he gave it to me. I'm not fussed what i use when shaving but i do feel you pay a premium when buying shave items aimed at women.
Dove firming lotion - bought to go with the adidas shower gel further down the list but started using it now with my current dove shower creams as this lotion is double the size of any of the shower things.
2x Dove shower cream - these formed part of a set along with a poufe mum got but she doesn't use things like this so I'm using it all.
Adidas firming shower gel - this one will start getting used after the dove ones to go with the dove firming lotion then I'll just have 2 different branded and scented shower gels i can alternate between.
Carmex lip balm with SPF - bought this on a whim as i was shopping with friends and they were throwing all sorts into their baskets and i just followed suit :rotfl: my lips just do their own thing and no lip balm helps or hinders so i just want this gone.

Going for a shower after tea before going back to work tomorrow and the routine i follow upon exiting the shower will see the cotton buds get UU'ed so i am declaring them now as i probably won't be on here after that as I'm feeling like death warmed up so going to get an early night :(

Very good taste Thewitchqueen ( future primative).

    UU's
    59) Future primative the warrior sugar scrub WBA oh how I have missed these scrubs, the scent is very manly but suits me.

    60) lush yang song bath bomb WNBA lovely scent but it vanished after it has fizzed.

61&62) lush butterbear bath bomb WMBA bought these in the sale they are okay but nothing special.

63&64) Pantene age defying shampoo and conditioner WMBA if on offer I especially like the conditioner as it left my hair super silky.

    65) Mediheal soda bubble mask WMBA interesting mask as they bubble on your skin to clean it deep down. I have a mask that does the same.

    66) Beauty friends 2 herb sheet mask WNBA I have no idea when I have a huge head but this was too big, I normally have the opposite problem.

    67) Epson salt WBA I seem to be going through these so quickly as I am on a bit of a fitness kick at the moment, circuit training, gym and walks are having their toll.

  • Think again before you order from Victoria Plumb. They do send out sub standard goods that are damaged and then refuse to replace them. There was a chip in the toilet lid and as the plumber had installed the base unit they refused to replace the lid. This was informed through a poorly worded email. The suite was not a cheap one and I wish now I had ordered through Bathrooms Direct.

Check all the goods ordered thoroughly and then you will have to wait while they send a replacement. That is if you can get them to replace it.

A very different type of toiletries... :)
    Thank you, Sara.

  • Thanks for the welcome! I used to be The Oxford Owl but since I stopped blogging I no longer have that email address so needed a new account :) I recognise a few faces but not sure if you'll remember me!

Repainted my nails last night with a beautiful purple, A England's Lady of the Lake. I had to chuck out a different one that had dried up, so I need to make the effort to use my polish more! Are we still doing a weekly polish challenge?

A few movements shall we say and one IN.

Lost : Avon Glimmerstick eyebrow pencil. It was in my pot one day gone the next and Emma denies all knowledge of taking it. Which leads to the IN.

    .

FOUND this now. Erm in my make up bag :o

Had some INs on Saturday. Went to the Trafford Centre. Went into LUSH and bought a tub each of Cup O Coffee, Defluff and Mask of Magnaminty.

Also bought a new concealer from NYX (the cream one in a pot) as my Benefit one feels like it is about to hit pan.

Lush porridge soap WNEBAE it makes such a mesh of the sink, even cleaned 3 times a day it still leaves brown marks everywhere life is too short.

I am not allowed to buy this anymore for the same reason plus it blocks the drains. MRM shouted at the top of his voice "No Porridge" as we walked into the store.

I have a few items that I think will finish this week. One if the foundation I have in my Finish 7 Challenge as it is really low down in the bottle. I have turned it upside down and stood it in my brush pot to see if I can get everything out of it.

My NYX primer tube will probably need to be cut open this week as it is squishy. I'm on the last 15ml of Liz Earle IBST from the last full sized bottle I had open. Again, my Mark Hill Hair Straigtening Serum tube will need to be cut opena as that is squishy too. Making more of an effort this week with the Mandara Spa body butter as I've hit pan in a few places.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

    Hello all!

    A few quick UUs:

1 x Sanctuary Gentle Polish Body Scrub (50ml):
using up some travel sizes before they turn bad. As said before, it's a bit too gentle for me; labelling it scrubby probably goes againstthe TradeDescription Act. I also think it's one of those products that seems to have plastic balls in to do the scrubbing and they are really bad for the environment, so I won't be buying this ever again.

1 x Corsodyl Daily: HG. 'nuff said.

1 x bar of home-made soap: lovely. Really soft lather and does the job nicely. Feels good on the skin and is was made with moisturising vegetable oils, it doesn't dry it out, either. Several other bars are waiting in the offing so I will use them up and eventually make more.

    I have some uu's

Aromatherapy Associates Inner Strength Bath & Shower Oil 7.5ml - this is one of my favourite scents in these oils but I am over them, I had 36 bottles at one time and am down to single figures now. They are just a beautifully scented, very expensive oil.

Philosophy Cinnamon Buns Bath & Shower Gel 100ml - WBA and have a couple of full sizes in the stash.
