A few movements shall we say and one IN.

UU: Benefit Eyebright. I bought the Benefit mini pot with this on one half and Boing concealer on the other. When I swiped it to apply yesterday morning I found that that was the last application as there was fairly clear pan underneath. WNBA as the consistency was too thick. I'm planning on getting the NYX version with a wand and doe foot applicator.

UU/TA : Clinique High Lengths mascara. WNBA. The brush is too big and I did suffer smudging quite a bit. This was a GWP size. Have replaced it with a full size Soap and Glory one. I say TA as it was getting clumpy.

TA: Essie Goid to Go top coat. Have repainted my nails this morning using OPI A Definite Moust Have. Gorgeous coral colour. Have TA the top coat as I can't get enough product on the brush any more.

Lost : Avon Glimmerstick eyebrow pencil. It was in my pot one day gone the next and Emma denies all knowledge of taking it. Which leads to the IN.

Strictly speaking I don't need more eyebrow products because I have some powder but sometimes this is too fiddly and I just want to use a pencil and go. I tried using an UD eyeliner. The colour was darker than the Glimmerstick but it made my brows feel oily. So I picked up a copy of Elle with the free Benefit Goifproof eyebrow pencil and it does what it says on the tin. The angled applicator makes it really easy to apply. Not sure I would pay full price for it. The one I have is .11g and the mag was £4.10. QVC are selling full size .34g for £14. The colour I have is 6 and QVC say this is deep. I don't think it's that dark though. Worth trying the small size.

I got the goof proof from Elle as well absolutely loving it, although the 6 is a little dark for me. Had my brows done today and they said the best shade for me would be a 4. I may purchase when this one runs out but would peobably wait for an offer, either discount or points.

On another note told myself I wouldn't buy anything when I was in Debenhams getting my brows done and ended up buying a new Urban Decay lipstick and liner. I suppose I have finshed a lipstick this week, but I'm supposed to be UU things to shrink the collection not to buy more.

Then got home and found my sharpener shattered into many pieces, I think I managed to crack it trying to sharpen my Lipstick pencil stuff, then it seems to have been knocked off the dressing table and disintergrated.

Need to find a new deoderant, had previously used Mitchum spray, but the changed the nozzle and I've had problems trying to get them to spray ever since. I'm currently using the Mitchum gell and its nearly finnished, works really well, but makes my underarms red and blotchy so need to get something else. Any suggestions?

VALM - I use Mitchum roll ons and find them good but you do have to wait for it to dry.

    I have a GA

Burts Bees Fall Foliage Lip Gloss - this came from a grab bag and whilst I quite like it it is just not a favourite so have given it to DD.

    and 2 TA's

Beauty UK White Nail Polish - I have no need for this and it is old.
Miss Sporty Clubbing Polish - this has gone gloopy.

    3 UU to report tonight:

Bath & body works butterfly flower shower gel 250ml- WMBA the scent was okay but not my favourite. The banana leaf is quite strong. The gel itself though is the best I've ever used - it's the perfect consistency and lathers up a treat - produces tons of lovely soft bubbles. You don't need to use a lot because of this so although they aren't the cheapest (they are from USA) they last quite a while. I did enjoy using this and would get another in another scent in fact I already have - I have a few other b&bw ones in stash. Need to pick out something to replace this with.

NSPA cherry blossom & rice milk whipped body cream 50ml - WMBA this was okay, the scent complemented my TBS cherry blossom perfume well. I didn't find it as moisturising as some others though (eg. Tbs). Still was fine though and would happily use it again. Will find one to replace this, have plenty in stash.

White collection hand cream 50ml- WMBA I liked the scent of this it's so fresh and clean - reminds me of clean laundry. This had gone thick and gloopy (had it a long time) so I used what was left up on my feet, did the job. Didn't like the packaging though - it was really hard to get the cream to come out of the bottle, it might have been better in a tub or tube.

I recently finished a tube of Blanx and was about 3/4 of the way through the tube when I noticed that it had done a good job. I replaced it with the one in the pump but am not finding it as good even though it was more expensive.

    Thanks Dolly

Will give the tube another go then and stay away from the pump. Hopefully will notice more of a difference and not starting from as far back as previously.

  • Hi! I know it's nearly the end of the month, but have you got room for an old friend? I used to be on this thread about two years ago - now have a new name, but not much less of a stash! I've gotten into indie make up, perfume and body care and it's far too easy to amass an enormous amount of testers and samples!

I finished up two perfume samples today, Solstice Scents Sun Warmed Honey and Future Primitive Elijah's Comfort. I'm working on a L'Occitane Shea Butter 10ml handcream too, should be done in a couple of days.
