I've managed a last bit of furniture selling before the charity shop comes and collects. So I made 185 which brings the monthly total to 425 since I donit think I'll sell anything else in June.
I must admit to having large second thoughts about moving back now that it's too late!!Trying to keep in budget.

I worked an extra day at the weekend as it was Armed forces weekend in Cleethorpes.
Was a manic day in the restaurant but we got to see the Red Arrows and had bands and bagpipes playing outside which gave a great atmosphere.
So........£60 extra in wages....£7.50 in tips and the boss put us all an extra tenner in our wages for having one of the best days we have ever had!
Add todays tips of £5 and that gives me £82.50 to add to my total.Make £10 a Day Feb .....£75.... March... £65......April...£90.....May £20.....June £35.......July £600 -
Apologies for my almost non-participation this month. I'm pootling along slowly.
I'm also sad about the Brexit situation. I am 46 years old, and over the past 34 years I have made numerous life-changing, strategic decisions based on Britain being in the EU. I left my home country and family to be able to become a British citizen, even have my daughter in a French immersion school, and now many of my remaining loose plans are likely to not bear fruit.Your biggest asset is TIME! I'm focused on multi-generational financial freedom.0 -

Please don't feel too down about the Referendum result. Things are looking a bit grim at the moment but the only way is up. I fervently hope so anyway as what's done is done and we all need to work together now and move on:).0 -

Well done:T. I bet your feet ached by the time you went home.
My nephew went to that although he was more interested in the Docks Open Day on the Sunday. He plans to join the Royal Navy in a couple of years time so was thrilled to get a chance to go on the different boats and talk to the crews etc. He said everyone was so helpful and patient despite the fact that it was packed with visitors (although that's what they'd hoped for after all;))0 -

Thanks for the eBay heads-up, Surfchik:T. Will go and have a look in a mo, although not sure I have anything to sell on there now, given the total lack of success with my last batch which I've now taken to the charity shop.
Can I ask a quick question about Amazon Prime? Does anyone here have it and feel it's worth the money? I'm just coming to the end of my month's free trial and have just about bought anything I was planning (or could afford) to buy already to take advantage of the free next day delivery. Normally I don't need stuff so ugently that 'next day' matters but it's always nice to get delivery for free:j. I know Prime includes all sorts of other things that I haven't had the chance to use yet so was just wondering if anyone thinks they are worth having and paying the yearly fee for.0 -
