  • Went to vote as soon as the Polling Station opened , I was their first customer dead on 7 a.m:j. I always aim to be the first in there whatever we're being asked to vote for, I'm a bit sad that way:o

Received £57.20 cashback in total from three transactions via TCB (and which I've been waiting months to become payable) and also withdrew £10 from Pinecone. Pleased with these amounts but still miles short of target this month:(

    Have a good day, everyone.

    Don't forget to vote;)

  • There's a tabletop sale planned at the parish hall in our hamlet tomorrow morning. It's a defunct chapel, very tiny and only used for parish council meetings and a polling station. A bit off the beaten track down a narrow lane so no 'passing' trade and they have only advertised it with flyers through local letterboxes:(. I phoned the organiser this morning to book a table and she said 'thank goodness a potential seller has phoned to book, we've only booked 2 other sellers so far and time is running out'.

Going to be a total waste of time (and the £5 fee) so I politely declined:o. A good money-making opportunity missed. Would have been very handy for me so am disappointed they didn't make more effort to get it publicised especially as the local weekly paper advertises that sort of thing for free:(

what a shame maybe you could help them organise another one with more adverrising for free? that way you get to sell your treasures and some lucky person gets to buy those treasures.
