    Guessing that means fibre is available and from what has been said above, as long as the provider is able to use bt openreach then I can go with them?

    That's right.

    As it happens, BT retail are the cheapest by quite a bit.

    You don't have to opt for the 300meg service, you can still take their 40/10 or 80/20 packages too for the same price as Fibre to the Cabinet connections.
