I had booked flights from Gatwick to Bodram on BA via E Bookers traveling on the 28th May. On 13 May I received an email from E Bookers saying that BA had rescefuled the flights to the 30th May. I eventually got through to them and said that was not acceptable and considered that a cancellation and the flights were no good to us as they would not match the accommodation booked. I asked for a refund which they agreed to but said it will be up to 8 weeks to refund the cost of the flights minus admin costs. I have rebooked with Easy Jet but the times are not good meaning we will arrive at the resort after midnight and will return to Gatwick on the morning of the 5th June. Are we entitled to any compensation from either BA or E Bookers?

No. However, you should not be subjected to any admin charges.
Did you give Ebookers a chance to find new flights for you?0 -
Yes and they said that there were none available0

EU261 Compensation applies where less than 14 days notice of the cancellation/change is given. As you were given 15 days you would not qualify for EU261, Did you try your travel insurance?0
