Transfer ISA from Legal and General

Options
Morning all,

Six years ago I put some money in a Legal and General Stock Market Linked Savings Bond through Nationwide. It was a Cash ISA product

This has now matured, and I've received the final value etc. L&G say that the money goes into a maturity account with RBS at 0%.

Initially I wish to transfer this as an ISA to Virgin Money ISA that I have, however L&G only provide an 8 digit customer number, no sort code.

Obviously I need a sort code and account number to make this transfer, has anyone transferred an ISA from L&G before? Their website is vague on such details - has anyone done such a transfer or advise where I find such details?

When cash ISA rates are so and you seem prepared to tie this money up, would it not be worth looking at putting some of it in S&S ISA directly which should give a better return long term?
Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

Thanks for the response. I'm not going to tie it up as such, but wish to put it in an easy access account that at least pays something whilst I work out what to do with it.

You dont need a sort code. Just an account number.

    Very many times.
