    I totally agree with Umkomaas.

It's one thing saying "I will", it's another actually doing it.

It's highly possible that people are scared to complain to someone like Theresa May.

The point being missed is that Theresa May was never voted in to be Prime Minister by the public and so she must prove herself beyond doubt that she is the right person for the job.

Her current stance being "for the people" and that includes the damage being done by the parking industry.

SHE MUST PUT A STOP TO THIS SCAM
MAYBE SHE IS SCARED OF CAPITA
MAYBE SHE IS CONTROLLED BY THE "YES PRIME MINISTER" BUNCH
MAYBE SHE HAS TAKEN ON MORE THAN SHE CAN COPE WITH
MAYBE SHE IS HAPPY THAT SCAMMERS OPERATE IN THE UK
MAYBE SHE HAS NO POWER OVER GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS

So, what is the problem in telling Theresa May about the current plague of vermin infesting this country.
You don't get locked up nowadays and by the way, if you are a lady, well, Mrs Pankhurst solved that over 100 years ago

The one thing for sure, Brexit has scared the pants off government
