Well remove all the tiles then. You don't have to have them. I can't say I have noticed anything in Windows 10 that is hidden compared to Windows 7.I did disable Cortana but that isn't the only thing I don't like. There are lots of things which are deliberately hidden from clear sight. I don't like the start up panel nor all the stupid tiles that I have no interest in whatsoever. That's just a selection of what I hate about W.10. Sorry to all those who love it.:D0 -
Try this link for a tutorial on Windows 10. I sent it to a neighbour for whom I was installing a Windows 10 system and it gave him a good start in learning. He jumped from XP to 10 without the "benefit" of 7, 8 or 8.1 and is now getting on fine with only a couple of questions per week.
