The goods take months to arrive (even tho they were in stock according to the website) and I only received them at all after sending them many emails. The items, when I finally did receive them, were of extremely low quality.

The "free gift" advertised with ever order was an impressive looking sushi set. This never arrived, I was still emailing them months after my order had arrived and they said it was out of stock. In the end they said they had sold out and there was nothing further they could do. I don't believe they ever had any in the first place, it's just a scam.

Because it's a shoddy company with low quality items who entices people to buy with the promise of extras to sweeten the deal, wish I hadn't fallen for it!

Haha this company have a sense of humour I'll give them that, after my repeated email complaints and informing them that I would be vocal about the poor service I had received, they sent me an "alternative gift". So instead of the 24 piece sushi set (plates, bowls etc) that was part of the order I made, they sent me...

A 0.3 megapixel digital camera and a dodgy porno DVD.. ta-da!

My four year old mobile phone has a 1.3 megapixel camera, I didn't even know you could get 0.3 anymore lol
