avoid pabo online shop

has any one heard of PABO,they are similar to ann summers,
I placed an order with them and it took about one month before i got my order,even when it arrived it was part missing,i called cs and i was told i was going to get a letter and that i should sign and return the letter it took another three weeks b4 i got the letter meanwhile they had removed the full amount from my card.
i sent back the letter two weeks ago and i am yet to recieve a refund.:mad:
this is one online shop i am never going to use again and i advice any one planning on shopping with them never to try them.

Both I and alot of friends have used PABO online and have never had any problems

i wont recommend this compyny to any one because they are bad news, am never going to use them again,wats the point of useing them when i can order in a more reliable compeny dat deliver ur goods on time, you dont have to wait for one month b4 u get the goods u orderd for. PABO is a rubbish store:mad:

I would never use them again either. I ordered some items and when after a month hadnt recieved them I cancelled the cheque I had sent. I then recieved the goods and an invoice for the amount owed plus another £10 for late payment!!I phoned the customer service number (in Holland) and was told it was my fault for cancelling the cheque, I paid up and just said I would never use again:mad:

Fiance used these to order some items for me for my birthday a couple of years ago.
He ordered a month before to ensure they arrived in time. They didn't.
After lots of emails back and forth he told them to cancel the order as it was too late now (almost 2 months!!) and he got me something else instead.

I can also say AVOID this shop!

The goods take months to arrive (even tho they were in stock according to the website) and I only received them at all after sending them many emails. The items, when I finally did receive them, were of extremely low quality.

The "free gift" advertised with ever order was an impressive looking sushi set. This never arrived, I was still emailing them months after my order had arrived and they said it was out of stock. In the end they said they had sold out and there was nothing further they could do. I don't believe they ever had any in the first place, it's just a scam.
