Economy class comfort

I am currently writing my master thesis (Cranfield University, UK) on economy class densification (putting more seats into the cabin).
A part of the thesis looks at what drives passengers' purchase decisions and their willingness to pay for seat comfort. I am conducting a survey to gain more insights.
@Admins: Is it possible to post a link to my survey?

Does Cranfield cater for economy-class minds now?

What did you make of the no research condition you clearly agreed to as part of your signup...?

Saying that, a student survey would normally be tolerated in the forum linked above but you have already probably failed in regard to compliance with your institution's online research policy, so why bother?
