    There are a lot of variables, including whether new ring mains are needed etc. But yes, since accessibility is good with the ceilings and floorboards open, I'd guess it'd only be a days work for 1 electrician. Materials shouldn't be over £30-£40, so I personally would think anything about £300 would be expensive.

    It does depend on the area however, so having multiple quotes is key,
