Please critique my Rightmove listing

Would anyone mind having a look at the Rightmove listing for my flat? It's been on the market for nearly 2 weeks with no viewings (well, one booking but they cancelled) and I'm wondering if I should ask the agent to re-do the photos now I've had a clear out. They also haven't included photos of the exterior or the views, which are the real selling point!
I'm too new to post links, but it's on Rightmove. If you search for postcode NE4 7DX (this area only) and 2 beds, under £90000 it'll come up. It's the one with the green living room.
Thanks to anyone who does take the time - it's a real faff not being able to link!

Yes I think you should ask for new photos and ensure that everything is as minimalist as poss for the pics. The current pics are too busy with your things really. And yes exterior photos would definitely be a bonus. Best of luck.0

Yes that is the one I found also.0

Yup, it definitely needs a serious de clutter, and some photos of the outside too.

I think half the problem is there are several others in the same block, around the same price, what would make me choose this one in particular?
- Definitely too cluttered. Remove as much as you can before having the photos taken. Even if you are just hiding it out of sight for a minute. For instance in the kitchen, remove the microwave, mug tree, utensils, draining rack, washing up bowl, everything off the windowsill, things from the walls. Leave the kettle and maybe the toaster and that's it. In the living room remove most of the books from the shelves, remove that cupboard by the window, everything off the windowsill, remove the photos.
- Personally the pink things put me off, I know they're actually not fixtures, you'll be taking them with you, and you obviously like pink, which is fine, but they stand out to me
- The bedrooms don't seem spacious in the photos, I think partly due to the location of the beds. In photo 3 you could push the bed back towards the window, which would leave more space in the foreground, and make the room look bigger. In photo 7 if you can get that desk out of the way it would also make the room look bigger.
- photo 5 doesn't add anything, and makes the place look smaller.
- remove the bathroom photo completely, it just makes it look small. People can imagine a bathroom.
- switch all the lights on before the photos are taken!student100 hasn't been a student since 2007...0 -
If you have friends or relatives nearby with a garage or spare room, ask if they can store some of your stuff while you try to sell. If not it might be worth renting a storage unit.student100 hasn't been a student since 2007...0
