Buying an Iphone from CEX

Has anyone had any experience buying an iphone from CEX?
Both my son and myself have previously bought iphone 5's from Game and been very happy with them - son's was an A grade and hadn't been used and mine was a B grade. Both came with an inspection checklist. Before buying I asked the question about what would happen if further along the line the phone was blocked but was reassured to go back to them if that should happen.
I am now looking for an Iphone 6 and my local Games haven't got many in but there appears to be many at CEX, especially online.
My question is, is their grading the same as Game - ie does A grade generally mean that the phone has either been unused (ie unwanted contract upgrade) or near enough, and is B perfectly acceptable (ie battery life is good).
I have bought smaller items from CEX, but a bit nervous shelling out a lot of money without knowing what CEX are like and what they are like if things go wrong?

I have bought and sold many things at CEX and I can say there are good, I don’t know about I phones but the last android phone I bought from CEX was very good and they gave me a 14 days return if I did not like it.

They've always seemed overpriced to me for what they sell. For example I went in today, out of curiosity to see if they had any Vita games. They didn't have many but had Mortal Kombat. I then stood there all confused. This was a 2nd hand game, yet they wanted £15 for it. I'd just ordered it the night before from Amazon, from Amazon themselves (not a reseller) for £12, brand new and sealed.
I've never understood CEX pricing. And last week overhead a father chatting to the counter staff about the stolen items they'd sold recently that were his sons. He was just clarifying if they had the information on the person who'd sold the items, but quite rightly said they can't give that info without a crime report from the police (something along those lines).0 -
If you are happy with Game, then buy from them on-line.
And if you already have an iphone 5 then why on earth give it up for a 6?
My experience with CEX was not good...0 -
I agree with joeypesci they are over priced i bought a couple of Xbox one batteries from there because i needed them quick when i got home the same batteries on eBay were £8 cheaper and brand new i couldn't believe it.
I would stay well clear and look else where.Nobody is Perfect. I am Nobody, therefore I am Perfect.0 -

My 5 will be a 'pass me down' for my hubby as he needs a new phone. I am looking for a 6 plus as I need a bigger screen (I use my phone more as a tablet or for texts and rarely make phonecalls).
I have looked online at Game but they haven't got what I am looking for and when I went into my local Game they said that it just depends what they have in that store at the time.
I think I may steer clear of CEX and just stalk my local Game stores until they have what I want. (there are 4 within a 10 mile radius)Ditch 100 in January Challenge 100/100

I shouldn't grace their doorstep; they are expensive with a preponderance of dodgy devices sold to them by junkies.I shot a vein in my neck and coughed up a Quaalude.
